Chers amis de la Maison Bru,

À partir du dimanche 13 novembre 2011 le restaurant et l’hôtel de Maison Bru, Route d’Orgon, seront fermés jusqu’ à fin mars 2012.

 

Pour ne pas décevoir notre clientèle fidèle, la Brasserie Bru, au centre d’Eygalières, restera ouverte toute l’année. À côté de la carte habituelle de la Brasserie, nous rajouterons quelques plats classiques du chef, en plus un menu au tour de la truffe sera établi. Vous allez découvrir des soirées à thème, tous les premiers vendredi du mois.
Pour les jours de fêtes vous pouvez vous attendre à des menus conçus par le chef.
Pour séjourner chez Bru, nous disposons de 7 chambres au village, de différentes catégories.

 

A partir de décembre 2011 vous pouvez retrouver un nouveau concept du Chef et son Epouse Suzy à Courchevel au restaurant de l’Alpes hôtel du Pralong.
Vous y retrouverez tous les mets que vous avez l’habitude de savourer à Maison Bru, ainsi que des nouvelles créations.

Dear Maison Bru friends,

From Sunday, November 13th, 2011 the restaurant and the hotel Maison Bru, Route d’Orgon, will be closed until the end of March 2012.

Not to disappoint our guests the Brasserie Bru, in the center of Eygalières, will stay open all year long. Next to the usual menus of the Brasserie Bru, we shall add some classic dishes of the Chef; also a truffle menu will be established. You will discover theme evenings, every first Friday of the month. For feast days you can expect menus conceived by the Chef.
To stay at Chez Bru we have 7 rooms in the village, in different categories.

From December, you will find a new concept of the Chef and his wife Suzy in Courchevel at the Alpes Hotel Pralong. You will find all the dishes you are used to savouring at Maison Bru, as well as new creations.

We hope to see you again at the Brasserie Bru and in Courchevel at the Alpes Hotel Pralong…..!!!

Beste Maison Bru vrienden,

Vanaf zondag 13 november, 2011 zal het restaurant en het hotel Maison Bru, Route d'Orgon, gesloten zijn tot en met eind Maart 2012.

Om onze vaste klanten niet teleur te stellen, blijft onze Brasserie Bru, in het dorp van Eygalières, het ganse jaar open.
Naast onze gewone menukaart zullen er ook enkele klassiekers van onze Chef te verkrijgen zijn, alsmede een speciale menu rond het befaamde truffelthema.
Elke eerste vrijdag van de maand zal er ook een thema-avond zijn.
Voor de feestdagen mag u zich verwachten aan menu's samengesteld door onze Chef.
Om te verblijven bij "Chez Bru", hebben we 7 kamers beschikbaar, in verschillende categoriën.

Vanaf December 2011 vindt u een nieuw concept (van onze Chef en zijn vrouw Suzy) in Courchevel in Alpes Hotel Pralong.

U zal daar alle schotels van Maison Bru terugvinden, alsmede enkele nieuwe creaties.

We hopen u spoedig terug te zien in Brasserie Bru en in Courchevel in Alpes Hotel Pralong…..!!!
